Paradoxum Games is looking for a Marketing Lead to join our team! As a Marketing Lead, you will be overseeing various initiatives and features across the Paradoxum Games team and community.

- Are comfortable owning marketing efforts in a small team environment
- Can translate development plans into player-facing communication
- Have strong written communication and messaging skills
- Are organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple initiatives at once
- Are comfortable working cross-functionally with developers and producers
- Take initiative and can work independently with minimal oversight
You’ll be doing:
- Managing marketing initiatives across social media and community platforms
- Planning and scheduling announcements for game updates and events
- Defining messaging and timing for releases in coordination with the development team
- Overseeing social media presence to ensure consistency and clarity
- Supporting community-facing announcements and communications
- Building awareness and interest ahead of updates and launches
- Identifying opportunities to attract new players through organic marketing efforts
- Reviewing engagement and performance to improve future campaigns
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or community-focused roles
- Experience managing social media accounts for a game, digital product, or online brand
- Strong written communication skills with attention to clarity and tone
- Familiarity with major social platforms (X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, etc.)
- Basic understanding of content planning, scheduling, and performance tracking
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Passion for games and online communities
Compensation:
$60,000 – $80,000 a year
The listed salary range is an estimate. Actual offers may fall within or exceed this range, depending on factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, and market demand.
