- Own day-to-day art production workflows and ensure tasks are clearly scoped and delivered on time
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and production to align art with gameplay and technical needs
- Help enforce and improve pipelines, naming conventions, and optimization standards
- Identify risks early (quality, scope, deadlines) and proactively communicate solutions
- Assist with onboarding artists and maintaining consistent quality across the team
- Ensure assets meet performance targets and are optimized for a live-service game
- Participate in playtesting and iterate based on feedback, analytics, and player sentiment

- Proficiency in Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or similar tools
- Experience working in-engine (Roblox Studio or similar)
- Ability to give clear, constructive feedback and elevate other artists’ work
- Experience working in a fast-paced or live-ops production environment
- Strong understanding of optimization and performance constraints
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable balancing quality with production timelines
